3、焊頭采用其移動(dòng)機(jī)構(gòu)，由焊頭、焊頭支撐架、懸掛小車(chē)等組成。它基于精細(xì)焊頭機(jī)構(gòu)，其驅(qū)動(dòng)系統(tǒng)一定要采用帶編碼器的伺服電機(jī)。

3. The welding head adopts its moving mechanism, consisting of welding head, welding head support frame, suspension trolley, etc. It is based on a fine welding head mechanism, and its driving system must use a servo motor with an encoder.

10、自動(dòng)焊接設(shè)備又稱(chēng)機(jī)械臂，是自動(dòng)化焊接設(shè)備的重要組成部分。其主要工作包括：焊接、切割、熱射、搬運(yùn)等。

10. Automatic welding equipment, also known as robotic arms, is an important component of automated welding equipment. Its main tasks include welding, cutting, hot spraying, handling, etc.

焊接操作機(jī)依靠著這些組成部分和特殊結(jié)構(gòu)，可以與專(zhuān)用的變位機(jī)和滾輪架實(shí)現(xiàn)構(gòu)件的一次裝夾，大幅提高生產(chǎn)效率和加工精度。
