2、對于送絲機及其調(diào)速控制系統(tǒng)，送絲機對送絲速度的控制精度要求較高，送絲機控制電路一定要加速度反饋。

3、焊頭采用其移動機構(gòu)，由焊頭、焊頭支撐架、懸掛小車等組成。它基于精細焊頭機構(gòu)，其驅(qū)動系統(tǒng)一定要采用帶編碼器的伺服電機。

4、焊件移動或位移的機構(gòu)，如焊接滾輪架、頭尾架車床、轉(zhuǎn)臺、變位機等。精細移動機構(gòu)一定要由伺服電機驅(qū)動。

9、送絲系統(tǒng)、循環(huán)水冷卻系統(tǒng)、流量輸送和回收裝置、焊絲架、拖鏈及電纜軟管機構(gòu)結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計、三部分電控設(shè)計等輔助裝置。

9. Auxiliary devices such as wire feeding system, circulating water cooling system, flow conveying and recovery device, welding wire rack, drag chain and cable hose structure design, and three part electrical control design.

10、自動焊接設(shè)備又稱機械臂，是自動化焊接設(shè)備的重要組成部分。其主要工作包括：焊接、切割、熱射、搬運等。

焊接操作機依靠著這些組成部分和特殊結(jié)構(gòu)，可以與專用的變位機和滾輪架實現(xiàn)構(gòu)件的一次裝夾，大幅提高生產(chǎn)效率和加工精度。
